BPB Agrees to Saint-Gobain Takeover (AP)
AP - British building materials maker BPB PLC agreed to be taken over by Compagnie de Saint-Gobain SA LBP PX France for 3.89 billion pounds ($6.68 billion) after a four-month hostile takeover battle, Selphy DS-180 companies said Thursday.
